1. The service
KnownEngine is an AI-powered tool that creates personalized content ideas, scripts and planning aids for social-media creators. The provider is [Full name], Switzerland.
2. Account
An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. You must meet the minimum legal age.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- There is a free plan and paid plans (Spark, Director, Agency).
- Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. If not cancelled before it ends, the paid subscription begins automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time via "Manage subscription", effective at the end of the current period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, not to circumvent security mechanisms, and not to query the service automatically in an abusive manner.
5. Content & AI output
Content you enter is yours. You may freely use AI-generated ideas; they are provided without warranty. We do not guarantee any specific results (e.g. reach, clients or revenue). You are responsible for reviewing and publishing your content.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for indirect damages or lost profit is excluded.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms. We will notify you in good time of material changes.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is [City], Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions at a consumer's domicile remain unaffected.
